We consistently invest our resources to enhance our sophisticated infrastructure geared to the manufacturing of DOT compliant automotive lighting products produced through the utilization of cutting-edge design, specialised equipment, high-tech engineering, and quality assurance and control processes.

 

Supported by a dedicated and experienced engineering team, we have constantly updated international quality management systems; and with 50 Q.C. staff as a strict quality management system, multiple sets of semi-automated robotic assembly lines and raw materials selected from Germany, Korea, and China; production quality is controlled and guaranteed from a supply chain of raw material-purchasing to production processing. At every stage of development and production, comprehensive functional and performance testing is conducted. Our compliance to the world's most stringent efficiency codes and regulatory requirements, such as DOT, E-Mark, Inmetro, bear witness to our uncompromising emphasis on quality and reliability.

 

Voltage Automotive has expanded into overseas markets and established long term business relationships with over 200 clients in over 50 countries. We have a sales network of over 400 distributors within China, annual output totaling over 200 million automotive bulbs.

 

Our automotive lighting factory has been accredited by German TUV of ISO management system certificates since 2000 and is currently German TUV IATF16949 certified. In 2013, our factory was accredited by district, city, and Guangdong province as Automotive Lighting Engineering & Research Center. In 2016, our factory brand “EAGLEYE” was named China’s National Renowned Brand and was the only achiever of such honors in the automotive lighting industry. Also in 2016, the factory won the title of National High & New Technology Enterprise.
