RETURN, WARRANTY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY

 

30-day hassle free returns 

If you ordered the wrong part, simply not liking what you see etc., our return window is 30 days within purchase. please make sure returning merchandise is in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Send us tracking number of returning products or keep it for your own records. Once returning merchandise are received and inspected, refunds will be issued via original payment method.

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

All of our products come with 1 Year warranty against manufacturer's defects.

To file your 1st warranty claim, please email us a picture or video, and description clearing showing the claimed manufacture’s defect, along with the corresponding order number. Once confirmed and authorized, a replacement part will be mailed out to the original order shipping address.

To file 2nd warranty claim, please email us a picture or video, and description clearly showing the claimed manufacture’s defect, along with the corresponding order number. Once authorized, please send back the product in claim to below return address. Claim department will be in contact after receiving and inspected the returned defective product about the warranty status.

We aim to do this by being the best at increasing our customers’ satisfaction through our expertise in automotive lighting. As always, we will work with you to achieve these results through a collaborative approach.
Our Customer Service team is available to answer any questions you may have. During a normal business week, our Customer Service Center is available 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, by calling 1-858-860-5199. In addition, all of our customer support representatives have voicemail, and may also be reached by e-mail and contact form.

There may be exceptions to this schedule during federal holidays.

In the event you cannot reach our Customer Service Center, or it is outside standard business hours, please contact us through email or leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

For the purpose of better assisting our customers, customer service representatives could provide professional information related to automotive lighting upon customer's request, for reference only. For proper installation instructions, please contact your local automotive installation service provider.
